デラウェア州ウィルミントン、2019年6月3日 - コルテバ社（NYSE : CTVA）は、ダウ・デュポン社からの分離を完了し、農業に特化したグローバルリーディングカンパニーとして、農業生産者に最大の収量と収益性を得るための完結したソリューションを提供してまいります。コルテバ・アグリサイエンスは本日、世界規模で事業を開始。種子とクロッププロテクションにわたるバランスの取れた製品群と拡大するデジタル技術に支えられた、業界で最も幅広く生産的な研究開発パイプラインを有しています。
コルテバ普通株の分配は6月1日に完了し、各ダウ・デュポンの登録株主は、2019年5月24日の営業終了時点で保有されているダウ・デュポン普通株3株につきコルテバ普通株1株を受け取りました。合わせてダウ・デュポンの株主はコルテバの端数株の代わりに現金を受け取ります。コルテバの普通株は、本日ニューヨーク証券取引所（NYSE）において新しい証券コード「CTVA」で取引を開始します。
